When I began working with Jill, I was experiencing a bit of a slump. I felt like I had lost my mojo, like I was doing so much for everyone around me, but me. I couldn’t say no to anything.
Jill helped me to recognize that I needed to carve out some time for myself. She helped me pull back the lens and focus on what I was doing or not doing that made me feel the way that I did. She provided me with “homework assignments” that changed my behavior. They were manageable tasks and made me conscious of my behavior. It empowered me to zig when I normally would have zagged.
I also wanted to get back into shape and feel better about myself. As a trained athlete, Jill was able to provide me with nutritional tips that I integrated into my diet as well as that of my family’s. I like the direction I am going in now. I like me and Jill helped me get there.
Working with Jill has been great! As a stay-at-home-mom, I found myself a bit lost after the kids were in school full-time. Jill helped me get back on track. After working with Jill, I’m more organized, more motivated and more productive. She helped me remember to find time for myself and not to feel guilty about it. Jill is an attentive listener. She graciously shares her knowledge and advises in a kind, caring manner. She doesn’t judge and will help you judge yourself less. If you are looking for someone to remind you of your inner (and outer) strength and help you foster that strength into something even more powerful, contact Jill. You won’t regret it!!
Working with Jill on my nutrition has been amazing. I was not an easy client due to the fact that I am a coach and had some pretty firm beliefs about my nutrition. My biggest concern when I started with Jill was my sugar cravings. She was able to help me cut a large amount of it from my daily diet and gave me great alternatives. She listens attentively, has great suggestions that are easy to follow and helped me get a better handle on my vitamin intake so that I felt stronger. I can't say enough good things about her!
